Jay’s Bio
A student of Music
I first start playing the keyboard at about the age 12. I can remember like it was yesterday my father was appointed to Keystone (COGBF), he was in the process of establishing the music ministry and he explained to me later that he was praying to God for musicians . So one Sunday morning I got on this old piano that was at the church didn’t really understand what I was doing. That same Sunday my father anointed my hands 16 years later God has elevated me to the lead keyboard player for Gods Example, Praise and Worship leader for my church Walker Chapel COGBF, lead keyboard for the Palatka District Choir (COGBF).
Husband
I’m proud to say that God blessings continued to flow in my life by placing Melissa C. Roberts. Other than receiving the Holy Ghost my wife is the next best thing that could have happen to me. I love you sweetie 20 years of honeymooning.
New Projects
Breakthrough has been both excited and stressing at times but THANK GOD for giving us the endurance and commitment to accomplish this project.
Since the completion of Breakthrough God has moved mighty on my heart to share the gift he has given me with the whole world by doing an Instructional DVD teaching beginning keyboard players or anyone that needs that extra combination of praise and worship, neo soul, traditional chords in the key of Eb. The DVD will launch this fall 2008, so keep your eyes open and I truly seek your prayers and support . Thank you and may God continue to bless you is my prayer.
